A pretty three bedroom cottage situated in the heart of Shaldon village. The property is a 2 min. walk from the beach, local village shops/pubs and restaurants. Refurbished to a high standard, brand new kitchen and bathroom.New furniture throughout. Very well equipped kitchen.

Shaldon is a picturesque Devonian village with several beaches, children’s zoo, botanical gardens and an 18 hole approach golf course all within 5 mins walk from the cottage. Ideal for families and boating enthusiasts also within easy reach of Torbay, Exeter and Dartmoor.
The cottage offers one double bedroom with wash hand basin and two twin bed-rooms,one of which has bunk beds. There is also an attic sitting room with TV and DVD.
Open plan kitchen/living area, with wall mounted flat digital TV.
The bathroom has a walk in shower with WC and wash hand basin.
The washing machine is located in the bathroom.
The cottage is very child friendly with a travel cot, highchair and stair gate.
Bed linen and towels are not included in the rates but bedlinen is available for an extra charge. Towels are not provided.
The property can sleep a maximum of 6 people.
The cot is a travel cot
Heating is included in the cost.
PARKING
There is no dedicated parking with the cottage and the village is small and quaint hence the roads are small and narrow. There is parking around the area which is free and apart from the main holidays there is not normally a problem.The main road, which is very narrow, now has meters.
However, many peolple will unload near the cottage and park on the Ness hotel car park which is up the hill from the cottage and only a 5 min walk. It is a council car park and charges are in force every day except Sunday, however, a weeks car park pass can be purchased for £20.00.

Teignmouth is a large coastal town in south Devon, England. It is located not far from Shaldon, Bishopsteignton, Maidencombe, Dawlish, and Combeinteignhead and is one of over 300 towns and villages in Devon in which Go2 has cottages or holidays lets available. The closest cities are Exeter (population 106,772), Plymouth (population 243,795).
With sandy beaches, and much to do in the town itself, as well as Dartmoor and many other places well worth visiting within easy reach, Teignmouth is a great place for a holiday in Devon.
